In accordance with Article 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (Official Journal of the European Union L. 2016.119.1), General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform you that:

3. Your personal data will be processed on the following grounds:

a) zconsent given by you for one or more specific purposes;

b) when it is necessary to perform the contract to which you are a party or to take action at your request before concluding the contract;

c) when it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on us

d) when it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us, unless your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms take precedence over these interests; such interests are direct marketing, ensuring the security and integrity of data in our ICT systems, as well as pursuing possible claims or defense against such claims.

4. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

a) take action at your request before concluding the contract;

b) concluding the contract and fulfilling its conditions, in particular for the purpose of providing legal assistance;

c) performing financial settlements;

d) fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on us;

e) pursue our legitimate interests, in particular conducting marketing activities, asserting and defending against them, preventing fraud, ensuring the authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of personal data processed.

5. Recipients of your personal data, i.e. entities to which we can disclose your personal data, may be public administration bodies and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public administration bodies and judicial authorities, entities processing personal data on our behalf and other trusted entities cooperating with us, if necessary, for the purposes for which we process personal data, i.e. in particular accounting companies, other law firms, IT service providers, such as e-mail, professional self-government bodies legal advisers of the appropriate District Chamber of Legal Advisers, Poczta Polska, courier companies.

6. We do not transfer your personal data to third countries and international organizations.

7. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, i.e. for the duration of the contract concluded by you with the Personal Data Administrator and the limitation of claims - but not longer than 6 years; if the processing is based on consent - until the consent is withdrawn; as well as for the period resulting from the legal obligations incumbent on us, which oblige us to store your personal data - e.g. obligations resulting from the Accounting Act, tax acts, the Act on counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing, the Act on legal advisers - but not longer than for 20 years.

8. You have the right to request access to your personal data and the right to request rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, as well as the right to transfer data and the right to object.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for the protection of personal data: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

10. If the processing of data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

11. Providing your personal data by you is voluntary, however, failure to do so will result in the inability to conclude and perform a contract, provide services or fulfill other purposes for which we collect your data.

12. As part of the processing of your personal data, we do not use automated decision making.
